This section of the City of Columbia's web site is a resource center for our citizens and businesses to find information and forms relevant to request for forms; from Occupational License Application to our most requested Ordinances.

Please locate the form or ordinance that you wish to view and click the underlined title. The forms may be printed out, completed and returned to the Municiapl Building at your convenience. Visitors also have the ability to print the Ordinances for further reveiw if necessary.

Please make a note; if you  need information on the cost associated to applications, please contact someone at City Hall (270) 384-2501 or request the information in person. All payments must be made in person at City Hall. You will need to have Adobe Reader to view the forms and applicaitons below.
