City of Columbia Gas Department
Established in 1953, the City of Columbia Gas Department provides natural gas services to over 1,300 customers across Columbia and parts of Adair County. With nearly 40 miles of gas mains, the department is dedicated to delivering efficient and economical service to the community. Led by Superintendent Jerry Watson, our team of five full-time, highly trained employees ensures all operations meet U.S. Department of Transportation guidelines.
